@lilsilverphoenix: it is from Deadman: Dead Again. i know this only because of the filename. it also says " B " which usually indicates its a variant. as to which issue specific though i have no clue. that should at least get it started though.

The "more powerful than Galactus" was the Hunger. The series was separated to two different arcs (one written by Starlin, the other by Giffen), and it loosely ties-in to Annihilation in the sense that Thanos enslaved the Fallen One there, and afterwards, when he dispatches him to find the Maker (aka the Beyonder) from the Kyln, during Annihilation: Silver Surfer.
@victorymaker: That first one is a joke. In the last panel, she should be saying something like, "But I haven't." Can be found in a trade paperback of Power Girl stories, or in it's exact issue: JSA Classified #2
