The Joker vs Doctor Doom!

Gotta go Joker here...but its close.

Doom , genius , powerful armor/cybernetics, and has magic.

Doom is a much better character. I vote Dr. Doom.

Joker will win the poll though. More fanboys.

Personally, I think every incarnation of the Joker is better than Doom, and I mean every one.

I don't find Joker to be a compelling villain at really besides Heath Ledger's interpretation. His comic book version just "eh" to me, and has been deteriorating for years IMO. He isn't half as great a villain as Doom in my book.

Doom is one of the dumbest geniuses in comics, in my opinion. He's just hard for me to take seriously half the time. And that's doubly sad because it's clear that most writers intend for him to be taken seriously.

EDIT: And I've read my fair share of books with Doom in them. Most likely not going to change my view on this any time in the near future. ;)

True. Doom is both arrogant and he makes dumb decisions. ;)

He really isn't dumb, but his biggest weakness is that he lets his arrogance hinder his world class genius from making sagacious decisions. Can't blame him though, with the life he had as a kid, his arrogance may have been the only thing that allowed him to rise to where he is. He'd be better served by emulating the humility of his rival (Mr. Fantastic) though.

Haha, Doom would be more successful if he has humble like Reed. He already has an overall versatility advantage over Reed, and if he was more humble, he would be better able to use that versatility to the best of its ability. But we can't have that, me and other Doom fans love Victor's arrogance :D

Personally I like Joker more.

Both are overrated as hell by fanboys. With the Joker it's gotten out of hand. Writers dumb everybody down to make him look good. But it's not fun for me. Dr. Doom is basically written to be brilliant but too fcukd up in the head that when you think about it, he comes off as a retard. And with that said, I'll head out before you all kill me! :)

I personally don't see the appeal of Doom. While he's the best F4 villain he's not the best Marvel villain let alone Comic Villain.

But similar can be said for Joker. He makes no sense most of the times. Like him not wanting to find out Batman's identity because it would "ruin his fun". It's like the most overrated POS (Piece of Sh*t) I've ever seen. It's like he makes no sense and they try their very best to make him seem complex. Most even say that he's an overrated clown.

I mean,I like Joker (I like Dr. Doom more),but I am just providing an argument from what other people may think being that they can argue points for Joker as well.

But again,not me. I like both Joker and Dr Doom (I like Dr. Doom better),and that doesn't mean that Joker isn't complex and awesome in my eyes (because he is),I was just saying that other people can say the same thing. (and I have seen other people that say that anyway).
