Alright, lets say these two characters were to have a contest of who is more ruthless, who would you give the win to? This is not really a battle of who would win in a fight, but of who is more scary and fuked (how to spell the f word, this is just so all the mods out there can sleep right) up..

Walter's science and strategy

vs

Frank's cunning and men in suits

Underwood. He's less predictable and working in an environment with less breathing room. To get away with what he's gotten away with in such an environment, you have be twisted in a cunning/manipulative way.

Walter White is simply intelligent, who's adopted street smarts to fit his agenda. Walter also showed way more remorse IMO.. which is why Underwood takes it more me.

@xxgin: Well, look at it like this.

Frank Underwood played more of a Chess Game. Walter White was playing Monopoly.

Frank always had to be two moves ahead of his opponents. Walter simply had to be careful with who he was playing with. I would say Frank was more selfish with his goals than Walter.. leaving more room Walter to be more aware and concerned with those around him.

So in other words, everybody's been playing checkers, but Frank Underwood has been playing chess for years?
