Neither of them are bullet proof... Neither of them wear armor. They both basically have on bathing suits and high heels... Can you imagine Green Arrow fighting crime wearing only Speedos? That would just be wrong.
Psylocke isn't bullet proof either... Even Wolverine covers the entirety of his ass when fighting villains...and his ass heals rapidly when it IS shot...
Storm... She's not bullet proof... Please note that she's wearing a bathing suit and high heeled boots. The thigh high boots make a great deal of sense. That's what female gymnasts and sprinters wear during the Olympics. I've also read that thigh high boots are the choice of combat wear among the newer members of SWAT.

I'm guessing he pawned those two other gold rings to buy some more Axe hair gel. You would think he would use that money to buy a new sword. Look at that crappy crooked sword. Can someone buy Rob Liefeld a ruler? It looks like he found that sword in a dumpster. I seen better looking swords on Adventure Time. Rob replaced his pouches with useless belts. His thigh has a belt. His arm has three belts. The only part of his body that doesn't have belt is his God Damn waist! The one place that a belt belongs! I really want to know what happened to this guys Shirt. Did he lose it in a poker game? Did he ran out of toilet paper? Maybe he forgot to do his laundry? I'm betting he only owns those tuxedo shirts. I love his football shoulder pads. He probably stoled those pads from a junior high football team. Nice Tiara Douche! Jesus Christ look at that hair! She looks like crappy GOTCHAMAN villain! I've seen some horrible drawn hands in my time, but those are by far the worst hands I've ever seen. She cover her face with feather because she is ashamed to be seen in her costume. How many chickens had to die for this awful costume? Why does she have knee pads? Why? Really why the Hell does she have freaking knee pads? There is no God Damn reason for her to wear Knee Pads.....
