New Batman or Terry McGinnis?

Now that the arrival of a new Batman is not a secret, having a mecha suit with weapons, and

Apparent death of Bruce Wayne, one question comes in mind:

Would you rather have Terry McGinus taken from his time line and becomes the new

Batman, or take whatever DC has prepared for you ?

I will go with Terry here.

Don't get me wrong, I am curious to see what kind of card DC is hiding, but we all know

Terry and we can accept him almost immediately. And DC could have done with Terry

Like what Marvel did with Miguel, Spider-Man 2099, bring him to the past and make him

A Spider-Man.

The only reason I'm cool with Terry is because if the batman beyond show. Otherwise, I hate the idea of other Batman's besides Bruce Wayne and I would much rather have no batman at all than Gordon (Freaking Gordon! Come on!) or Terry as batman. Snyder's runs has been great but he's going to screw it up with Gordon as batman. He could have used Tim or Jason with weapons, but he goes with Gordon. Gordon in a mech suit is not batman. He has no training and should not be able to handle the stuff batman does.
