My answer to this one question is: Stomp. Current Naruto is moon level to planet level he’d probably solo the verse casually, the only ones who can give him anything close to a fight are diamonds and even they would be beaten eventually. So conclusion Current Naruto solos the verse as the highest tiers of Steven universe are only Multi Continental and Naruto is moon to small planet level
