Name the Heroes who were replaced??

As the tittle suggests name some the male or female heroes who have been replaced..I can imagine few but all are A listers..don't really know more about B or C listers..I am talking about completely replacing them and not substituting them..Example like Bruce Wayne replace by Dick Grayson or Jean Paul Valley..Cap repalced by Bucky or Falcon..Hal replaced by John Stewart or Kyle Rayner..Example like Superman replace by Superboy or Supergirl, Wonder Woman replaced by Wonder Girl doesn't count..

So the Heroes come to mind whose mantle was taken over are ...Batman,Spiderman,Thor,Green Lantern,Flash,Spectre,Robin,Green Arrow,Ghost Rider..

Marvel is running out of ideas it seems like now a days. Bringing back events they've already done like Secret Wars and now this Apocalypse thing again with X-Men makes me sad.

Rhodes was Iron Man in the 80s. That's all I have that has not already been said.
