My Top 5 Dorkiest Looking Helmets

So, We were driving around town this afternoon, and my mom and I got into this conversation about the Judge Dredd movie. The more I got to thinking about it, the more I thought, that is one dorky looking helmet. So here is my top 5 list of dorky helmets in comic book, and movie history.

1. You know, it's bad enough that Karl Urban didn't take his shirt off, but not even his helmet??? What's up with that?? Plus the helmet looked pretty bad.

2. First off, this helmet-wearer is a total plagiarist. Looks almost exactly like Judge Dredd. That is none other than Phoenix Cyclops.

3. Number three, Magneto. In my opinion, his helmet wasn't so bad in the original X men trilogy, but pretty dorky in the First Class.

2. The last two were kinda of hard to choose between the two but I finally choose that Loki's helmet was dorkier than my no. 1

I think in the comics you're not allowed to show him with his helmet off. I think they wanted to follow that rule for the film.

Apparently the helmet being off so often in the Sylvester Stallone version caused a lot of annoyance for fans.

Loki's was pretty lame. :(

Every helmet you listed is awesome! There are so many worse helmets! These are but a few, and they're not even the worst...

Judge Dredd in his 40 odd years of existence has never even once taken off the helmet, not one single panel exists with his face on show. The fact that the Stallone film has him without it for half the film is the reason it is universally hated by 2000AD fans

Have to say, Loki's helmet may be the dorkiest thing I have ever seen. It looks so ridiculous - there's no way you can take him serious when he wears it!

A helmet i hate was dr fate when it was only a half mask. The full helmet was awesome

Agreed that one is bad. Somehow his costume always make him look short even if he is a giant. Like if there were others of his kind he'd be tiny. Must be the helmet.
