So why are Storm fans still being mentioned?
Partly because you're not the only Storm fan but also because its not just the Battles forums that you guys post on. I have never seen you post something that isn't related to Storm.
Anyway, the guys that irritate me the most are the ones that pretend they are comic book fans just because they have seen the films and watched the Big Bang Theory. Then they claim to have better knowledge about comic book characters and their abilities, grrr...
I see. But if you'll check further, I do create threads not related to Storm.

This one doesn't count, the third word in the first post was Storm ;)

lol. Well, uhmm.. you're right but. ok. fine. it's still kinda. but at least the title was not refrring to Storm. : )
> Fans that think their favourite is unbeatable (Bat-fans and Storm fans)
> Fans that hate other characters because they beat their favourite
> Fans that have never read a comic, but have seen the movies - and of course know everything about a character based on the movie

Bad Personsl Hygiene Guy at the comic shop. You are perpetuating the stereotype.
This.
I got into a discussion with a group of comic fans at BAM once, and they were so stereotypically nerdy (overweight, ugly, weird fluctuating voices, poor social skills) that I was embarrassed to be seen by them. Even though they had some interesting things to say, I bailed out of the conversation quickly because I didn't want to be seen with them. I kinda wish I had given them a chance now.
-Condescending fans.
-Fans unwilling to engage in a dialog
-Bat fanboys/girls
-Storm fanboys/girls
-Wolverine fanboys/girls
-Movie 'Comic book' experts
-Overly critical, cynical fans
-'My Favorite is unstoppable' fans
-'Darker makes everything better' fanboys/girls
Readers that don't read comics to enjoy them..
Readers who only read one companies books and refuse to step out of their fanboyism but still complain how bad other companies are
Readers who think PIS is and feats are what make great characters
Readers who get emotionally and mentally hurt when you tell them you don't agree with them.
Readers who have DC/Marvel Wiki pages bookmarked in case an argument breaks out

At the Comic Store
5- Any guy who's willing to sell a sideshow statue at it's highest and most ridiculous price and try his hardest to rip you off by busting your balls when trading in a product.
What you are complaining about here is just the simplest form of good business. There is simply no point in a comic store giving you the same amount in trade that they are going to sell something for. Any store that does that with regularity will be out of business within 6 months. They HAVE to give you less than they are willing to sell it for. I work at a store and we frankly tell people that we can, at best, give them half of what we think we can sell something for. We are also very frank about telling people that they may be able to get more on Craig's List or E-Bay and that they are welcome to give those sites a shot.
Rent, electric bills, wages, and the constant need to update product in the store (often a frustrating guessing game) means that any product we sell has to have a significant mark-up or else it's not even worth the time spent to buy it and sell it.
Fans who take themselves too seriously.
Fans who complain about a story, but then buy it anyway.
Fans who wont let go of the past, no matter what.
People that don't make the erroneous claim that Marvel has more "human, down to earth" heroes than DC....... just playing
not going to say who, but someone once said that I was the reason that people saw comic book fans as immature.
I admit it was because I made a dirty joke, but COME ON, it's not like I was saying my joke was Shakespere, I fully understand my joke was just dirty crap.
I personally have a problem with the DC Uber-fans who just can't rationally have Batman, Flash or Superman lose. I personally like all three characters but those fans sorta suck the enjoyment out of the characters for me. Honestly, SPEEDBLITZ is not the answer to every battle. And some of the characters that would supposedly get "SPEEDBLITZED" are actually as fast if not faster than the character "BLITZING". Not to say the Marvel doesn't have it's Uber-fans, some might say I'm one, but other than Storm fans they don't seem as rabid.

A lot of fights come down to it, due to large differences in speed, though.
Regardless, fanboys who have no idea about power level.

I don't remember me saying that I wanted full price,... in fact I clearly remember wanting trade about over 2000$ worth of statues that were estimated at their lowest price for a single statue that was about 650$.
If you ask me, successfully selling Sideshow materials at a comic shop may be good business,....but trading them isn't seeing how if it isn't the seller ripping you off, it would most likely be the buyer.
Most annoying comic fans are the ones that think Christopher Nolan is god and should do every DC comic movie. ugh... I like the Dark Knight movies, but come on...really?
Storm fans win this hands down, if you don't believe me go to Storm forum in ComicVine and may God have mercy on your soul.
Some comic book fans struggle with the concept of personal hygiene. Although I will not say that's my least favorite type, I would say the guys who use a lot of homophobic and sexist slurs are my least favorite. Rather talk with a smelly guy then someone who stoops to that level.
All fans who think they can make their point stronger by adding "lol" to their point. (EX: Thor's hammer went across the galaxy in less than a minute, so yeah,he could hit Flash with it, lol.") If I was a mod I'd delete all post that added "lol", even if the original point was valid.
In this order:
Sonic the Hedgehog fans
Buffy fans
People who get mad at me that we don't have Manga at the store.
Parents who don't watch their kids.

Morrisonites -people who believe that Grant Morrison can still write well, despite overwhelming evidence that he cannot.
Sir, you seem to mistake your personal tastes for "overwhelming evidence."
People who obsess and argue about things like which hero is better than whom and how terrible Comic X, Y, or Z are instead of just reading what they like and understanding that different people enjoy different stuff.

You need to keep quiet. The damage has already been done and yet, amongst all the criticism you recieve (like Greg Land) you're only continuing with it, doesn't matter if you don't participate in battle forums anymore, the fact that you still go out of your way to create pointless Storm threads (of which sane Storm fans tell you are NOT needed) only gives people more reason to classify us Storm fans as 'annoying'. You go about your business stating that you adore Storm and whatnot, but these past couple of years have proven that you're on a one-man crusade to destroy the character and make all of her fans look bad, as these four pages have shown.

how can you say it's pointless? post me all mt threads that you think are pointless and i'll post all the threads in each character forum which are also pointless and are more similar to each other. Shall i start with the Wonder woman forum?
Again, they have the option to ignore my threads. and for them to continue what they're doing only means that they really have a problem with their attitude and not me. That's why i don't consider myself a troll especially that I don't say rude stuff, and if I did, rarely.
What do you think of other viners here who do not get annoyed?
I make all her fans look bad? It's the other way around. They're the ones who are looking bad for being bad to other viners,. You do know that what they say isn't true so please don't blame me for what they're doing which is wrong.

And this.
Yup. Absolutely.
@jhazzroucher: I've always thought you were quite respectful. And I agree, if there is a thread that someone doesn't like then they could just ignore it.
I've seen alot of posters go into a thread and just post stuff in an attempt to insult others or a character, and to be honest those are another type of annoying comic fans that I can't stand.
