What effect would Megatron's fusion cannon have on the following?

"Shoulder Cannon"? I assume you mean, the "Fusion Cannon".

hard to say...in the original series most of the Transformer's energy beams bounced off of other Transformers without appearing to do much damage but then you get to the animated movie where their weapons are ripping wholes through each other and Galvatron's cannon could incinerate Starscream...plus we really haven't seen them go up against other beings other than other Cybertronians

Shockwave's cannon was able to blow out an entire mountain. The summit clean off. Megatrons is said to be the strongest cybertronian firearm there is. That being said, I'm pretty sure it'd rip through everyone here.

Wolverine - Severely damage/injure him, but he'll heal from it.

King Kong - Depends on the version. However most versions would die. I don't think King Kong can tank a giant laser. He had trouble tanking a barrage of helicopter mounted machine guns.

Hellboy - I don't know too much about him, but I think he could live.

Master Chief - John with armor could possibly tank it. He survived re-entry from space to earth. Without armor he's toasted.

Silver Surfer - Not sure what the weakest form of him is, but still confident that he could survive it.

Godzilla - He's tanked worse.

Data - Don't know who that is.

T-1000 - It would just reform if there were still some small bits left. It the beam vaporized the entire Terminator, then it's gone.

Technodrome - Not sure who or what that is.

Hulk - It may knock him out, or at least daze him, but nothing too severe. Plus he could heal from it.

Wolverine:It would damage him but off course he would heal,he always does.

King Kong:Would rip a hole straight through him there would be monkey pieces everywhere

Hellboy I think it could kill him as well.Depends on his durability I mean we have to remember here the size of the blast itself.

Master Chief I say he is dead too unless that amour is somehow impervious.

Silver Surfer Not sure I mean if he has no high durability or healing then he is gone.

Godzilla I reckon he could take it,due to his size and durability.

Data Not sure who that is

T1000 Don't know if the beam affects its reformatting then yes its gone.

Technodrome Id say its destroyed.

Hulk:It knock him back/hurts him but he will get back up.

It'd probably kill most of the people in this list.

Only Wolverine, Godzilla, Hulk, and maybe Silver Surfer could survive.

E, F, and J could tank it.

If we are assuming he sets it to full blast.

A) Wolverine = Flesh, meat and bone under the adamantium would vaporize. The adamantium itself would be somewhat melted or warped.

B) King Kong = Disintegrated

C) Hellboy = Disintegrated

D) Master Chief = Disintegrated

E) Silver Surfer (weakest level) = Pushed back far away from the concussive force. He would be able to absorb the fusion but his body would be very very hot.

F) Godzilla = A whole would be blasted through him

G) Data = Every part made out of Duranium would survive so Data would survive but he will be losing his limbs.

H) T-1000 = Vaporized

I) Technodrome = Huge hole and the insides would be fried

J) Hulk = About 60% would be disintegrated, but he will heal from it.

The Transformers are pretty durable, their bodies are not made out of steel, but some other alloy from Cybertron. Besides, Megatron hardly fires at them with full blast. He fires at them to 1) stun them or 2) damage them enough to capture them.
