MCU Cap's biggest feat so far?
Surviving being frozen for 70 years.
Biggest durability feat
His biggest feat is yet to come. With the power of the almighty Russo force and PIS, he will one shot Thanos in Infinity War.
Lifting that beam in WS.
fighting an equally enhanced assassin who's hell bent on killing him..defeating the assassin by breaking his arm.. then getting shot multiple times in the legs and abdomen... then lifting a beam that weighs couple tons for sure and then getting punched in the face multiple times point blank with a metal arm that can smash concrete in one punch.. and still he had bruises in his face.. lol
his skull should have fractured and teeth should have fallen out.
It really depends on the category but:
Ultron Fight:
I picked keeping up with Ultron though IIRC he wasn't trying to kill the Avengers but wanted to break them until he could finish them off in the finale. It showcased his strength, agility, durability, pain tolerance, and most importantly his combat ability against someone who for all intents and purposes, outstats him.
Helicopter feat:
This was something that was stated to be tantamount to a mother lifting a car to save her child so it's not something he could replicate in every fight. That being said it's a great feat but it only really applies to strength/durability. I'm looking for feats that involves more factors.
Motorcycle feat:
This is as good a strength feat as it is for inducing memes. But like the helicopter feat it mainly involves strength.
Elevator fall:
Taking the fall from the elevator without breaking his legs is something I'm still not entirely sure was accomplished without some help from his shield.
Bus Crash:
Surviving the grenade launcher attack that sent him through a bus is a good overall durability feat but IIRC he was KO'd anyways.
Jumping on the Grenade:
Pre-serum Steve jumping on the dummy grenade is too obviously the best feat so I'm ignoring it out of fairness. American soldiers FTW!!!
Defeating Iron Man with the help of Bucky:
This is similar to fighting Ultron but I'm not putting that over that due to Tony being less impressive than in previous MCU movies with the exception of Iron Man 3 for obvious reasons. Plus Cap had some help.
Going against 1vs1 with Loki:
This was before Cap had a bigger skill boost. I feel like Current Cap should fare better than Avengers Cap.
Lifting that big metal support beam off Bucky in TWS:
This is a good strength/pain tolerance feat considering that he had fought an highly intense battle with someone who essentially his peer in both physicals and skill, was stabbed, and was shot three times. But it was pretty much dead lifting so while Cap should be able to do that with more ease when at 100%, it's not like he lifted it over head. And again I'm trying to based this on overall factors involved.
you forgot one. Cap swimming down a submarine is insanely impressive; on top of that he punched through the glass and threw the hydra agent 10-12 feet out of the water.

Indeed, forgot that one, it should be on the list.
His greatest and most ridiculously PIS feat is tanking a Chitauri blaster to the stomach. The same blaster was capable of destroying a bank vault door with one shot in Agents of Shield, a bank vault door rated to be capable of surviving a small nuke.
Cap has small nuke+ durability apparently....
