Marvel Fox vs Marvel Disney - Which Studio Does the Better Marvel Films?

Both have 7 movies ranging from good to great. Difference is that Disney has also made 3 bad movies.

So I say Fox.

Fox knows how to balance humour and seriousness as seen in the x men films, Disney movies are fun and 3,4 maybe 5 are actually good.

I didn't like First Class. Should have either spent the entire movie focusing on Charles and Erik or gave us less lame youngsters.

This. Lots of MCU haters starting to come out the woodwork latley acting as if they've made some movies as bad as Batman & Robin.

I'd say they are both generally equal. Both studios have created gems and both studios have produced bad movies.

MCU has 2 great movies, a bunch of bad ones, and a bunch of averages ones.

Fox has 1 awful movies, 2 bad movies, some average films, and 3 excellent movies.

I'm siding with Fox.

Fox has more good ones IMO. The only MCU movies I really like are First Avenger, Winter Soldier, and Guardians.

Are you saying Fox doesn't have any bad x-men movies? Examples X-men Orgins: Wolverine and X-men the Last Stand. Plus, what three MCU movies were bad?

I like Origins & Last Stand. They had a lot of flaws, but I thought they were decent.

Iron Man 3 & Age of Ultron were both bad, and Thor the Dark World was atrocious.

All MCU movies have been well received by critics. Fox has more movies that haven't. However I slightly prefer Fox,I do think people act as though Marvel has made Batman&Robin bad movies when they haven't.

Age of Ultron wasn't bad in the fist place. There may have been minor plot holes due to Disney making Joss cut a half hour out of the movie. Ironman 3 was better than both X-men movies listed based on my brain and every review and rating ever.Lastly, Thor was just pretty boring. It wasn't really flawed, didn't have any major plot holes or bad acting or anything.

I actually think Ironman 2 wasn't very well recieved (for the sake of arguing lol). And sorry, can you rephrase that last part please. I think I may have got your point, but I'm not sure. It may just be a punctuation error or something small.

MCU hands down people hype up those X-Men movies

I personally enjoy the MARVEL Studios films more. That said FOX isn't without it's gems. X2, First Class and Days of Future Past are all outstanding films.

X-Men, X2, First Class, DOFP > MCU

I'll take the top three of each for an easy side by side.

Yeah the fact that I don't even really find any of the X-Files outside of First Class and DoFP all thay great says it all. X2 is decent and X1, X3, and the two Wolverine's were...well bad in my opinion. MCU has some bad movies, but they're bad when compared to their good stuff and still have redeeming qualities (IM2, Thor, Dark World).

I like both but I think Disney has done it better thus far. I'm hopeful for Apocalypse (can't wait for Psylocke) and pumped for Deadpool (and I don't even like Deadpool!).

I just prefer MARVEL. They've been more consistent and the only BAD movie they made was The Incredible Hulk. FOX has X2: United and DoFP, which are both excellent, First Class which was great, X-Men and The Wolverine which were very good, but they've also had 3 Fantastic Four movies that flopped (I enjoyed all of them however the storytelling was still poor), X3: The Last Stand and X-Men: Origins Wolverine, two terrible movies, and Daredevil which I remember hating. So I'm siding with MARVEL. However my mind might change after Deadpool and Apocalypse, as they both will be amazing.

Plus I like the Hulk film and Thornton films and FOX has a lot if shit like the fantastic four films and Wolverine films.

This. I personally haven't felt Marvel/Disney has made a bad film yet. Sure there are some lower tier ones with Iron Man 3 and Thor The Dark World but nothing I flat out hated or I'd call bad.

Fox on the other hand has made Wolverine Origins, The Wolverine, and X-Men The Last Stand which I would classify as bad. Wolverine being the best of the worst. Then there is also Daredevil, Elektra, Fantastic Four, Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer, and Fant4stic. Which I'm sorry I'm not gonna put a magic curtain over and forget just on behave of the poll, though even without those non X-Men films they still made 2 really bad movies and one mediocre to bad movie which I'd say is more than Marvel/Disney.

wow a lot of hate for the MCU and the worst films there are thor2 and ironman3 and there not exactly awful.

Fox has produced 4 f4 films which each were worse than its predecessor... just to to give a reference, there's more than just F4 that were flops. MCU has some films which aren't that good, Thor 1, Hulk and Punisher for example but none of those are exactly 'bad films' just a bit dull or unimpressive.

I'll side with Marvel studios simply because I've liked their films more than any of the Fox's productions.
