Obi Wan Kenobi is my 4th favorite sw character. I'm aware there are two respect threads for rots kenobi but while both are well made and good reads, this one is unique in that it focuses on in combat showings. I'm not going to be including as many showings as those by @shootingnova and @wollfmyth209, rather I will be focusing on making sure his best showings, which are often overlooked, are all present. Furthermore I am going to make this exclusively about showings in combat/fights, so his lifting of durge's ships or showings of that nature won't be included here.

UNARMED COMBAT:
Kenobi bends grevious's forearm like a cheap spoon:

Kenobi entered the following fight after having been knocked out, beaten up and knocked out again, and needed help from Ventress to get up:
-0:32 a physically beat up kenobi staggers oppress with a punch
(Ventress is unable to do the same with multiple punches and kicks)
-0:35 a physically beat up kenobi sends maul flying into a couple of crates with a kick
-1:07: a physically beat up kenobi outmanuvers maul
-1:08 a physically beat up kenobi floors maul long enough for him to get ventress her lightsaber(5 seconds)
-1:15: a physically beat up Kenobi is able to slam maul's blade to the ground
-1:16-1:20 an already beat up Kenobi takes a second to get up from two roundhouse kicks from maul to his skull and a kick from maul to his chest in quick succession:
-1:44-1:47: an enraged but beat up kenobi briefly drives maul back:
-1:48: a beat up kenobi takes another kick to the chest
-2:01: a beat up kenobi takes a kick to the back
-2:05: a even more beat up kenobi takes another kick to the back from maul and a small fall and gets up in a second
Maul is a physical powerhouse and a very skilled one at that as shown by his one shotting of bruu jun with a kick:

Context:
-This was a vastly pre prime anakin
-Kenobi himself was pre prime
-Anakin was enraged/bloodlusted
-Kenobi was holding back
-1:38: After being ambushed and tackled by anakin, Kenobi is able to get up on top
-1:47 Kenobi while trying to calm anakin down is simultaneously kneed in the crotch and slammed into a wall by anakin
-2:19: Kenobi tackles a preocuupied anakin
-2:20: Anakin when trying to use his saber is stopped and then flipped over by kenobi
-2:27: Kenobi has his arm twisted by anakin
-2:31-2:36: Kenobi succesfully restrains anakin, winning the exchange
Anakin is also an absolute powerhouse:
Anakin as a padawan when enraged has caused rock to crack simply by striking someone else's blade hard enough:
Before someone tries to take Feloni's words out of context to falsely claim that the following as circumstantial showings:

Kenobi "rights the wrong" by focusing himself. Kenobi because he's a hero focuses himself. And as feloni says, when kenobi has focused himself, "he isn't losing that fight"
Oh and Here is Kenobi saying he can focus himself in combat:
"Empty meditation: which purges negative emotions and lets you step away from attachment. This can also be achieved in an awake state that reduces distraction and increases focus on a task-you may find it to improve your ability to repair a device, your skill in sifting through the archives, or your combat skills".

With Anakin's grip on his wrists bending his arms near to breaking, forcing both their lightsabers down in a slow but unstoppable arc, Obi-Wan let go. Of everything. His hopes. His fears. His obligation to the Jedi, his promise to Qui-Gon, his failure with Anakin.
So no, Kenobi focused himself, kenobi can replicate this showing even pre prime as of tcw let alone rots where he is more powerful(physically better augmented), faster, and more skilled

-2:05: an enraged kenobi floors oppress with a kick
-3:37: Kenobi disorientates maul with a kick after sending him back
-3:46: Kenobi forces oppress back with a kick and then staggers oppress with a kick to the knee

-3:57-3:59: Kenobi while fending off maul leaves oppress at hismercy with a couple more kicks
-4:38-4:40: Kenobi blocks both maul+oppress, and kicks oppress, breaks free of their bladelock and takes oppress out of the fight
After being slammed into the wall, Kenobi focuses himself to become less hindered, and breaks out of a distracted Anakin's grip:
"I am so sick of your lectures!"
Dark power bore down with his grip. Obi-Wan felt the bones of his forearms bending, beginning to feather toward the greenstick fractures that would come before the final breaks.

Kenobi deflects omnidirectional blasterfire from the utapan droid army:

Leaping girder to girder, slashing cables on which to swing through swarms of ricocheting particle beams, blade flickering so fast it became a deflector shield that splattered blaster bolts in all directions, his presence alone became a weapon: as he spun and whirled through the control center's superstructure, the blasts of particle cannons from power droids destroyed equipment and shattered girders and unleashed a torrent of red-hot debris that crashed to the deck, crushing droids on all sides.

While Anakin was hindered, by rots he had "vastly improved" from his tcw self and had gotten more powerful after becoming darth vader prior to his hindrance. Furthermore anakin as a padawan has shown tk superiority to ocw ventress and has been able to stop dooku with force walls. Furthermore, Anakin grew even more powerful after turning to the darkside:
He could feel his power growing, indeed. He had the measure of his “Master” already; not long after Palpatine shared the secret of Darth Plagueis’s discovery, their relationship would undergo a sudden … transformation.

When Obi-Wan ran up the wall and then across the ceiling and down the other side and Anakin pursued him everyone cheered, though it was hardly in keeping with Jedi reserve. She cheered. It was marvelous.

Kenobi is implied to know how to counter force choke by ROTS(this doesn't mean kenobi was powerful enough to counter dooku though):
Count Dooku half-turned and raised a hand. A rush of dark power lifted Obi-Wan off his feet and choked the air from his lungs. He reached for the Force to counter Dooku, but the attack had been too sudden. He saw Dooku twist, kicking out at Anakin with all his weight behind it. Anakin fell backward, and Dooku hurled Obi-Wan over the edge of the balcony.

"Yes, Anakin, so do I," Obi-Wan said as he sprinted into a leaping dive, making a spear of his blade. Anakin leaned aside and deflected the thrust almost contemptuously; he missed a cut at Obi-Wan's legs as the Jedi Master flew past him. Obi-Wan turned his dive into a forward roll that left him barely teetering on the rim of a low cliff, just above the soft black sand of the riverbank.
Anakin snarled a curse as he realized he'd been suckered, and leapt off his droid at Obi-Wan's back— Half a second too slow. Obi-Wan's whirl to parry didn't meet Anakin's blade. It met his knee. Then his other knee. And while Anakin was still in the air, burned-off lower legs only starting their topple down the cliff, Obi-Wan's recovery to guard brought his blade through Anakin's left arm above the elbow.
He stepped back as Anakin fell. Anakin dropped his lightsaber, clawing at the edge of the cliff with his mechanical hand, but his grip was too powerful for the lava bank and it crumbled, and he slid down onto the black sand. His severed legs and his severed arm rolled into the lava below him and burned to ash in sudden bursts of scarlet flame.
The same color, Obi-Wan observed distantly, as a Sith blade. Anakin scrabbled at the soft black sand, but struggling only made him slip farther. The sand itself was hot enough that digging his durasteel fingers into it burned off his glove, and his robes began to smolder. Obi-Wan picked up Anakin's lightsaber. He lifted his own as well, weighing them in his hands. Anakin had based his design upon Obi-Wan's. So similar they were. So differently they had been used. "Obi-Wan... ?"
