Justice League Amazo vs Darkseid

This is Justice League Amazo (still the gray version of him), before he becomes golden Amazo in JLU. He already copied the powers and equipment of Hawkgirl, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, Superman, and Martian Manhunter. Amazo cannot copy Darkseid's powers, and the powers of the 6 leaguers are not stacked up, ex. he has Superman's strength, WW's skill, Flash's speed.

This is Darkseid from the final episodes of the JLU.

Superman's strength, with Hawkgirl's mace, Wonder Woman's skill, and Flashes speed is already pretty hard to overcome. Adding in Martian Manhunter's intangabilty for defense, and Hal Jordan's energy output for more power, and range. Darkseid should lose.
