ive seen odin in the marvel universe but he was originally a well known figure of norse mythology these days we just put him in comic books he's even has an appearance in an anime series

Sure. Since Odin isn't bound by universes, realities or dimensional barriers. That Odin could be one and the same as the Odin from Marvel. Why not?

Because DC would need permission to use Odin from Marvel, there Odin is unique to their Universe! Since he's a Mythological character, anyone can use him, just so long as he's not an established Odin already created/used (like the one from Marvel or even any other company) I remember Supreme beating the Image Thor and he kept his hammer through out his series as a souviner!
