All marvel cinematic verse from marvel and fox HEROES are available except thor and hulk they are missing. Reed richards and Prof.X will help the remaining avengers and they have more than a year preparation time but they don't have any knowledge about thanos

We don't know how powerful Thanos is. Best bet is to bring Xavier and Jean (to destroy Thanos's mind), Then I bring Magneto and Wolverine (fast ball special with Adamtium), Quicksilver and Blink (If she can open portals into space, Quicksilver might be able to BFR into one). I would also bring Kitty and with Logan they had another chance to bring Thanos.

Galactus.

He could clog Thanos's mouth and nose with all that space dust so he suffocates. And I Imagine it would be pretty bad for the skin too.
