How powerful will DCEU Darkseid be?

@thevamphunter: I wouldnt be too sure about that, because zack snyder also said on a vero that uxas (not darkseid) is in a way as powerful as doomsday and that only the greek gods could be able to match and kill him, so theres that too. So in a way again, this could mean that ares and his axe and zeus are pretty much capable of defeating superman, since doomsday was already rag dolling superman and could have defeated him too.

More powerful than DCEU Zod, less powerful than Doomsday.

@frozen: if his younger self is already as powerful as doomsday, than that could mean his older more powerful self (because of the omega effect) would be above doomsday.

@thevamphunter: From that footage I've seen he is nowhere near as powerful as Doomsday or even Zod. I'd say even Faora seemed more impressive.

Have you seen the movie?

Part 1 has been leaked along with a few other scenes.. a lot of people have seen a lot of the movie.

But to be completely fair people are judging mostly on the old gods fight, not future Darkseid who I believe will get a heavy motherbox amp.

Yeah judging by Darkseid's attitide in the trailer it seems he got a boost that leads him to believe he can now smack the old gods now

@death4bunnies: But that should be saying something though, because the fact that Snyder compared Uxas (young Darkseid) to doomsday in power should also mean that the old gods are in similar power as well, considering Zack, also said the only ones that can match and kill young Darkseid were the old gods. Lets also not forget, that it was a Greek god weapon that injured Uxas and it was also a Greek god sword that cut off one of doomsdays hands. So for all we know, Ares Axe, could have also caused the same effect on Doomsday.

It's already confirmed only the Old Gods could beat Uxas anyways in that fight (who is logically below Darkseid). Let's not forget Diana already chopped off Doomsday's arm using a sword of theirs.

Why less powerful than Doomsday, exactly?

I'm not really worried about Uxas levels, just when he becomes actual Darkseid.
