How powerful is Blue-Star Dipped Superman, any proof?

I'm curious on how powerful he gets or what exactly increases when Superman is exposed or dipped in a blue star.

As far as i know Superman has never sun-dipped in a blue star, he only sun-dipped once in a yellow star for 15 minutes, and the power increase is unknown

Never been in a blue son

He has never sundipped BUT when he is under a blue sun he gains new powers like Superman-vision (can make everyone Super) and a boost in his abilities.

Which star would grant him the abilities that H'el had?
