@jokerplayer: Iffy. Usually the comics focus more on the wound closing rather then rounds being expelled. And if you look at Rucka's run, sometimes the round has to be taken out manually. I'd say a second or two sounds reasonable.
Recovery time is nil. Logan generally doesn't get shot and fall down and need to recover. A few exceptions to that are when Scalphunter put a round through his eye into his brain and again in Rucka's run when his lungs got shredded. That's a low showing. It's much more often when you'll see Logan tanking multiple rounds to the torso with no issue.
