Neil Gaiman is implied to be Dream of the Endless, so he stomps. All dreams, inspirations, and ideas flow from him.

Neil Gaiman is more creative with abstract concepts. Alan Moore is more creative with transferring grounded drama into masterful prose. Not sure if that makes any sense whatsoever.
