He said villain, not the best writer of the New 52.

Wraith and Ulysses were both bland IMOg. One was a sack of potatoes and the other was "Tragic Villain Number 64" . It's almost gotta be He'l by default, although I thought the redesigned Ultra Humanite really worked for the arc he was in. Oh, SuperDoom was a lovable sociopathic dick as well.
