DBZ vs. DC animated films (this decade)

Between the new Dragon Ball Z and Justice League films, which ones would you say are more enjoyable?
Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods vs. Justice League: War

Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F vs. Justice League: Throne of Atlantis

Which franchise has managed to create more enjoyable animated films this decade?

Much as I love DBZ, I'm gonna have to go with Justice League. I enjoyed both of those stories more, though Resurrection of F comes close just because Frieza is awesome.

DBZ easily lol

Not sure how I feel about JL animated movies. The newer Batman movies are fun to watch and I'd definitely pick them over the newest DB movies. But JL movies that have the entire JL? I'd probably side with DB movies.

DC wins.

Why did you pick the least enjoyable movies lol.

DC has so many other good movies from this decade that beats that...

DBZ by far war and throne of Atlantis where crap now switch out war and toa with public enemies or under the red hood and it's the opposite.

OP is bias and picked JL movies that no one likes...

Why don't we like JL WAR again? I thought it was pretty good. Throne of Atlantis was too rushed imo.

Compared to the others it isn't very good...

To be fair the source material for it wasn't that good either.

DComics,

Those two Justice League movies were pretty bad. BoG and RoF were much more enjoyable. But other DC films are as good if not a lot better than those two DBZ movies.

Basically what everybody saying, DC had made much more better movie listed. Not to say DBZ are not great because they are, but some of the DC film are just incredible, ripping the comic out to animated for. Tv wise DBZ will always be surperior, but Justice League unlimited does have a place in my heart.

That's why I named other JL films from this decade. Instead of naming the lousy New 52 ones. So everyone could just vote DBZ...

Crisis on Two Earths

Doom

Gods and Monsters

Flashpoint was good. So was Batman vs Robin.

@purplecandy: Speaking as DC fan, I haven't enjoyed DBZ since I was like 16/17. But Throne of Atlantis was a shambles sorry (read the comic) and War was ok whereas both DBZ movies were ok so have to go with DBZ.

OP mentioned the worst to give a unfair advantage to DBZ I've seen those two movies and never again I tell you.

Flashpoint Paradox craps on all those movies you listed.

It seems like can't handle the last two dbz films being better than the jl films, so you list a bunch of movies like suoerman and the elite, and under the res hood, which aren't even jl movies, seems biased to mee.

Hmmm the dbz movies are better....let me list a bunch of movies that aren't mentioned in the op...that aren't even JL movies to proove that D.C. is superior...lol

IMO all were disappointments.

Resurrection of F was a cash cow.

DC for certain.

dbz movies are better in quality and box office

box office wise dbz movies perform like actual live action movies with very little funding.

dbz ROF had a box office of 62 million which only budget of about 5 million

BOG had 50 million

both earn are about 10x more than the budget

compare man of steel with a budget of 225 million and box office 668 thats like 3x its budget only rounded

dc animated movies are even worse lets look at justice league war

budget: 3.5 million

box office 5 million

it barely even made it budget not even twice

Justice league crisis of two earths which aparently is the best according to some same story only $7.9 million box office.

Superman vs the elite even worse only 2.6 million

flash point again only 4.6 million

even dbz movies back in the 90s which were consider bad beat these out thes movies combined like movie 10 box office $22.2 million

so better in terms of box office and ROI definitely

Just because a movie makes a lot of money doesn't mean it's very good.
