I couldn't find the specific board for DareDevil, so apologies if this thread is in the wrong place.. ..DareDevil has always been on my "to buy one day" list. just spent about £150 to get the Marvel Knights collected editions volumes 1-13. Oh my God, how have I only just started reading DareDevil? The first one, Guardian Devil didn't really do it for me. It was slow and I don't think it reached the hype that I had read about it..... But as the stories go on,they are amazing. He has quickly moved up to being in my top three favourite heroes. I finished my favourite one up to now last night, Volume 12, 'Decalogue' absolutley loved this story even though DareDevil isn't in it that much........ So my question is, what are your favourite DareDevil stories? Do they get even better. I read Shadowland was a pile of crap, but I'm still 10 or 11 volumes away from that.

Born Again you say? Right. I'll be getting that soon then. Hardcore and The King of Hells Kitchen were ace. Now I have read Cyberninja's list, I'm even more excited at the prospect of completing my DareDevil collection because most of his list I haven't got round to yet and If I loved what I have read, I can only expect even better from the list of his favourites. So thanks. I will def be getting the lot.

This is a really good list. Idk if I personally would order them like that, but all those are definitely on my list as well.

All of this is great, there is also a a arc call Marked for Death that's toward the start of Miller's run as artist. It bridges swashbuckling Daredevil with the darker grit we normally have. Good stuff. If you see anything that says Shadowland, run like hell, it's pure crap.

Highly highly suggest Ed Brubaker's run on Daredevil (82- 119, 500), Brubaker set up Shadowland with having a lot of potential, however in the end Andy Diggle dropped the ball on that one. Essentially as someone who considers himself a hardcore DD fan, i like to imagine Shadowland never happened.

@ArtJoker .... I just receievd 'The Devil, Inside and Out, Vol. 1 #82-87' this morning from Amazon. So I have eight more books before I get to Shadowland. I love Brubakers work so I'm really looking forward to this. £45 for a USED Inside And Out Volume 2. Urgh, not looking forward to that. I will be getting Shadowland just out out curiosity. Anything hated this much deserves to be read just to acknowledge how bad it is. Lol.
