Tune-in to Food Network tonight at 8pm PT/ET to watch the Justice League characters come to life as delicious cakes in the ultimate cake competition, Cake Wars. The sugar-packed DC Comics-themed episode features four expert bakers as they compete to win $10,000 and a chance to showcase their over-the-top Super Hero cake at a special DC Entertainment event. Hosted by Jonathan Bennett, the jaw-dropping edible creations will be judged by master pastry chefs, Ron Ben-Israel and Waylynn Lucas, and DCE executives, Dan DiDio, Jim Lee and Geoff Johns.

I took it more as people just having a little fun. Besides, I gave up worrying about what stereotypes others applied to my hobbies a while ago. And how does it reflect on comic book fans as a whole if we let others' arbitrary views of us affect how much we enjoy our hobby? What others complain about doesn't - or shouldn't - effect how much we enjoy what we do.
