Deadpool ( Handsome Powerless Deadpool )
John Constantine
Batman
Namor
Silver Surfer
Star Fire
Miss Marvel
So it's like
Deadpool does the jokes which pisses Batman Because It is Deadpool who will save his a$$ every time... Namor Will always be Like Bah Puny PEOPLE! and Silver Surfer is all like Calm down you guys when there's trouble around... Starfire always Forces Deadpool to have sex with her and he's all like No cuz I love Death and Miss marvel will always be like commenting on all that is happening... While Constantine? He's all chill Fighting all the Villain alone with all the drama back there...
they're like the dysfunctional messed up group brought together by the One Above All to work just like Exiles... It turns out TOAA is just playing games with them and televising their adventures in another Reality known as EARTH ( our earth ) to gain money...
Mera: Water Manipulation/slight brick/naval combat
Spider-Girl: Infiltration.
Prototype: Tech/intelligence
Colin Wing (h2h combatant/assassin/spy)
Lady Shiva: h2h combatant/assassin/spy)
Punisher: Muntions/demolition expert. Tatics.
Sentry would basically be the face of the team, being the most commercially marketable, as well as easier on the public eye. The government brings the team together through promises or blackmail, and places them together, all under one roof. Imagine real world with people who can kill like you breath. Spider-girl is bought on through promises of financial and academic support. (Best education, 46,000 dollars a month ect) and would serve as the heart of the group.
My amazing team up would be: Oracle, Barbara Gordon ( DC Universe ) Hank Pym also known as Ant-Man, Wasp, and or Giant-Man ( Marvel) Weasel, Jack Hammer ( Marvel ) Clint Barton, A.K.A Hawkeye, Goliath, and Ronin (Marvel) The Vision, brain patterns replicate those of Wonder-Man and Alex Lipton (Marvel) T'Challa, son of (original) Black Panther (Marvel) Ash Williams, Ashley J. Williams ( Marvel ) My team " The Enhanced Forces" rely on their strengths and, skills basically their intelligence, and knowledge of primary weapons used. The person relating all characters to another is "Ash", in Earth 818793 his temporary ally was zombified Spider-Man, Peter Parker previously was a member of The Avengers at some point so that leads to Steven Rogers, who relates to Hawkeye as a member of "The Avengers", The Vision also of the group, and T'Challa, who was a foe at a glance in many comics. Cap, has a partner named Tony Anthony Stark, who, in crossover comics battled Bruce Wayne, final link is that Bruce Wayne is helped by a paraplegic investigator, intelligent as well, woman named Oracle, or Barbara ( Based on Batman: Arkham City storyline ),
My team would be something like this (though it is a pretty abstract team, also not sure if this would sell):
Black Widow
Rip Hunter
Mister Miracle
Sydney Savage
Britney Waters
Adam Strange
Dick Grayon
They would be a team that would not fight any galactic threats, but more like a swiss army knife of super hero teams. Useful in a hundred different contexts.
@EdwardWindsor: Love it, and I am happy that someone finally used Green Arrow. Besides his obvious stealth with using a Bow and the range it provides, he would also add some slight comedy to the tense situations.

Eh?
Surely we'd get Batman, Spider-Man, Supes, C. America, WW, Storm if we wanted to sell titles.
I posted on another thread kind of similar my team.
Daredevil. Punisher. Blade. Deadpool. Hawkeye.
I'd like a scenario where these guys for whatever reason are left stranded on an island, where they are made to fight their way through to the end, working as a team, in order to get home. Their personalities would make things interesting, because there would be a number of different interactions. I can see Hawkeye arguing with them on how to deal with the killing of someone, or something similar. I can see Deadpool getting on just about everyones nerves but also contributing to the planning and decision making, because he's actually pretty intelligent. Daredevils enhanced senses should play a large role in aiding the team complete their goals, and would in general be an important member of the team. Hawkeyes trick arrows are also aiding them in versatility opposed to just guns and swords. I think Blade and Punisher will be doing a lot of the planning, and will be the main guns of the group along with Deadpool, but I can also see them arguing at times because Blade isn't really much of a Team player, and will try to assume the role of dictator. What do you guys think of this team?
Edit: Forgot about the OP
For DC I'd stick Nightwing in there.
For the female I'm not all that sure, haven't been reading comics long. Someone along the lines of Kate from Marvel Now, elektra or Catwoman? Someone who can hold their own amongst all that testosterone.
Iron Man (For Technology and Prep. and Arguing with Bruce Wayne)
Spider-Man (For Someone who fights and acts with his heart, and ultimately saves the day when others are in Danger)
Wonder-Woman ( To keep Tony Stark interested in the group, and could possibly serve as a Love Triangle for Bruce, Tony and Diana)
Captain America (For settling down fights between team members, and making out a plan in case Tony's and Bruce's plan fails)
Black Widow ( This one has to be there)
Robin ( You know Peter and Tim Drake can give the coolest team-ups ever)
I hope the chemistry between these heroes for the reasons mentioned above can give a very beautiful story. And Since the brains in this team-up are so good, we have a Villains List :
Dr. Doom (For outsmarting Batman and Stark)
Goblin ( For Spider-Man)
Joker (For Batman)
Thanos (For completely outsmarting the heroes if any hope remains)
I'd really like to see the dynamic between Bruce and Cap. Both are stubborn, but with Cap being a boyscout it could be like an anti Batman-Superman relationship, where Supes is also a 'boy scout' but usually isn't so confrontational, Cap and Bats could butt heads forever.
Iron Man and Aquaman would provide a little comic relief, with Tony making jokes at Arthur's expense (i.e. 'fish boy' or something to that effect) and Arthur making Wizard of Oz 'Tin Man' references. Tony could come back with something else and this could just carry on and on throughout the series.
I could see Spider Woman remarking on Carol's skimpy get up.
Also, Storm and Aquaman could make one HELL of a combo. One controls the weather, the other the seas. I bet they take advantage of this too.
To me this is a great team because the personalities AND power sets compliment each other very well.
Black Panther, Storm, Spawn, Red Hulk, Zatanna, Vixen, Sinestro Corp Batman.
This team would be called the "Demigods" and the story would be a mix of X-force and justice League in the sense they will face tough threats but will be considerably more violent.
Enemies: the Violator, Vilgax, Dr.Doom, Apocylypse, Mongol and brainiac.
Eventualy sometime throughout the first season he will kill speedy,Star girls love interest. It is clear that slade and dick have a past relationship which is being continued from teen titans. After speedy is killed the team will search for a new member. This Only leads to more trouble
My team is called "Square One" because of the backstory:
The Marvel & DC Universes have once again fused together, but this time, there is no reality-restoration, no "everything returning to how it was"—this time there is permanent and catastrophic consequences! This final universe collision has created a NEW post-apocalyptic Earth in which all but 5 superheroes seemed have lost all their powers and memories, while countless civilians seemed to have also developed strange powers and even monster-like mutations themselves (animals appear to be unaffected). Those 5 now have to start anew in this strangerous new world as Square One:
BONUS: Kitty Pryde's dragon Lockheed and Falcon's falcon Redwing have retained their abilities and telepathic/empathic connections with their owner. Additionally, Falcon and Kitty Pryde, have found that they too now share a telepathy/empathy with one another, but only one another, no one else. Also Spider-Man and The Flash have a longstanding wager to see who can make Batman laugh first. It never happens.
Protecting and Serving to make sure Meta-humans follow the laws of man.The work with the police forces in every major city in the US called in when there is a metahuman crimewave or need metahumans arrested or for investigations.

4. Cyborg
Patrols the streets partnered with Judge Dredd
5. Prototype
Street Patrol unit with Robocop
6. Ellis

7. Judge Dredd
A very important street patrol unit because of his experience given some tech by cyborg for some better firepower.
8. RoboCop
Has upgraded tech for more speed and flexibility sometime used as a police sniper.
I know it doesn't fit the rules but what do you think.
I would do a crossover series where the pantheons in the DC universe started warring with the pantheons in the Marvel Universe. The team's goal is to try to appease both but not without initally attacking each other first. However, they realize the only reason the universes are once again colliding is because Darkseid discovered the existence of Access and forced him to open the gate to the Marvel Universe. He's doing this in his search for the Anti-Life Equation, and on his travels, comes across the Cosmic Cube. I'll leave it at that for now, before I start actually "writing" the story ^.^;;
Anyways here's the team
DC
Wonder Woman (New 52)
Captain Marvel (somehow Pre-N52)
Black Adam (initially limited, but soon full-fledged involvement)
MARVEL
Thor
Hercules
Silver Surfer (Norrin is actually the one that calms the fighting between the initial four and tells them of the involvement of a "sinister evil God not from this dimension")
Figure, boom tube gone wrong type of thing. Simple setup: villain is Darkseid/Dr. Doom who are tenuously partnering.
I think this cast has some interesting parallels to it:
Batman & Spider-Man have very similar beliefs but very different methods, made all the more complicated by the SpOck situation. I think the competitiveness of SpOck would make for amusing gadget comparisons.
Storm & Wonder Woman are both regal/goddess figures as far as archetype but are fairly different when it comes to personality. The new 52 WW is practically a loner while Storm has recently been defined by her leadership role. Could create some dramatic tension. I seriously considered Mera over Wonder Woman for this because much of the same parallels could be drawn and it'd be interesting to see a sort of "elemental" competition between the two characters, but with Diana's recent adventures with the New Gods, she made more sense to me for this premise.
I would find interactions between Cyborg and the new Vision interesting. Because they've emphasized Vic's concerns about losing his humanity, it might be good for him to have a conversation with a fully sentient/sapient robot that's recently evolved beyond the term "robot" and into a full realm of sci-fi AI. Also Cyborg would be the one generating the boom tube gone wrong event.
X-23 I threw in there to fill the role of the "young one", but also because I know if I put Wolverine in there on the same team as Batman it'll just be a pissing contest while with X-23 we can see some parallels between the Bruce/Cassandra Cain relationship and that would please me.
Black Panther: Leader (for funding and intellect) Magik (Mass teleporter and budding sorcerer) Kitty Pryde (Versatility) Psylocke (because every team should have a telepath) Luke Cage (brick...but not a OP brick) Beast Boy (Shapeshifting and fills the DC role) Rogue (more versatility)
Superman- Leader, Brawn, Morals, Brains. Would obviously be tank in combat situations.
Mr. Fantastic- Brains, Gadgets, Second in Command
Storm- Range, Support, Buffs (Superman will always have sunlight)
Doctor Fate- Magic, Range, Buffs, Support
DC's Captain Marvel (Shazam)- Range, More Magic, Second Tank, Magic Tank
Natasha Irons: Brains, Gadgets, Brawn
Wolverine: Clandestine/Covert Ops, Hardy Enough To Play With Big Boys, Powerful Street Level
This would be a dynamic, powerful, and cohesive group with a lot of possible story lines. They can take on just about any villain or group you can think of and they don't have any inherent weaknesses. Each has distinct personalities that would occasionally yield clashes or disagreements but there are also a lot of qualities that bring them together.
Doctor Fate, Reed, Storm, and Supes would obviously talk amongst themselves a lot concerning current events, discoveries, concerns since they are all strong leaders with strong perceptive skills. Wolverine would want little or no part in the politics and would be happy to be his own guy until the going gets tough and he's need. Plus Wolverine would likely clash with Superman, Reed, and Doctor Fate on how things need to get done and Storm would certainly be torn between the two methods. Billy Batson and Natasha Irons would have to face being kids for the majority of decisions and be left out of a great deal of things. This would create tension with the kids likely to go off on their own adventures and prove their worth to the team (even if Billy is an adult once he yells Shazam!). Wolverine would foster this independence and getting away from the stuffy adults. Billy would likely bond with Supes (his hero) and Doctor Fate (magic) and Natasha would obviously bond with Storm (the only other female and someone she can talk to with issues she has as a young woman) and Reed (science). Villains could take any form and could challenge them in a variety of ways but they're built to succeed.
