OK, I just found something awesome - a mockup file where you can just insert your face and tweak HUD in mask interface elements around to make you look like the Ironman. Check it out here, it just for posted like yesterday to http://bit.ly/ironman_mask - there are other similar files around but this one is by far the best (and it's only like $3) so I'm already working on my new FB timeline image...
