BORUTO CHAPTER 10 REVELATIONS

So guys the boruto manga has had it's 10th chapter released. And there are some pretty cool revelations, especially Boruto's hand seal, so what do you think it is I have absolutely no Idea but I would love to here your speculations

I would like to know -

1. How is Momoshiki still alive
2. How did Momoshiki seemingly stop time or everyone's movements or whatever that was
3. Is Boruto going to unlock his eye powers from a young age
4. Also, I want to know what that hand seal was too

it came out this week? shiiiat

I had a really bad Burrito yesterday.

Maybe its a seal preventing him from using chakra with that hand, and thats why he still uses the jutsu gauntlet?
