Black Bolt questions!

Just been reading Uncanny Inhumans Issue 1 and trying to get more acquainted with one of my favourite Marvel meta Humans, Black Bolt. Couple of queries arose..

1) He got shot by what appears to be a humble arrow. Is he therefore not bullet/arrow proof?

2) he snaps off the bolt and shaft and seems unphased by the arrow so does he possess some sort of healing factor?

Black Bolt can channel and manipulate ambient particles and electrons with his mind. It's even focused through the fun little tuning fork in his forehead. This is how he's able to Fly about when need be, punch people's faces off and because of it is stronger than your tip top human. He's a tough SoB! But he's not bulletproof. He can still take damage from pointy sticks, especially if he's caught off guard or he's running out of steam. :)
