Ironmans wasn't his first but it is really good. Caps is also good. Black widow is def great though. She was the most attractive in that movie by far Imo. Her suit was sleek and simple.

If we are just using those images than Iron Man's by a mile. But in reality these are Iron Man and Cap's first suits.
