Twins

It's kinda funny how they introduced in in season 1 as "always having a lady on his arm." Then he turned out to be the tries-to-be-funny-and-charming-but-isn't-really-funny-or-charming kind of guy.

@kaang_the_watcher: Yeah. I feel bad for the character because it's like he was created with no real thought or purpose for what direction they wanted to take him. That pretty much left him with almost nothing to do in the first two seasons. Hopefully they find him a nice fit in the 4th.

Twins.

His only role in the 1st two seasons was comic relief, and he wasn't good at it.

I think his role in season 4 is shaping up nicely, what with him being one of Kuvira's lieutenants. He has loyalties to both sides of the issue that's brewing. He may end up playing some kind of pivotal role by either turning away from his friends and backing up Kuvira, or by maybe betraying Kuvira for the sake of his friends.
