After today's episode I got to know that that arale was damn very very powerful.vegeta though in his base form was no match for her.even goku ssgss admitted he can't beat him.so can she beat goku black super saiyajin rose.

Win by death or Ko.no bfr.

Black has his scythe .I don't know much about arale but she is in her most powerful whatever that might be.

arale is a toonforce character from an ironically much more enjoyable series from toriyama.

vegeta is known to lose against individuals on a 9/10 basis. He was able to beat Black however by training in the chamber.

Arale>Vegeta.

Saitama wud be defeated by Vegeta

King Vegeta murked 3 planets with the flick of his wrist, and IIRC (feel free to correct me If I'm wrong.) Saiyan Saga Vegeta is stronger than him.
