I do. I love it when 'villains' smother the heroes all over the pavement and or put them in exile.

Depends on the villain, and the context of the victory.

I'm old fashioned and like my good guys to win, though of course a good villain (quite the oxymoron, huh?) is only good when they can mop the floor with the capes the heroes are wearing while they're still wearing them.

Not really I like the heroes to win. I always find when they have stories where the villains have a grand victory (like Old Man Logan) there is always a sense of the story seeming forced. Then again I guess being a fan of The Boys does it count as them being villains when they kill the heroes even tho there evil?

I like seeing a villain win when he earns his victory

It's an indescribably great feeling when a villain defeats a hero. The mere idea of delivering a crushing blow to the imaginary moral structure that humanity infuses itself with. I never root for the guy thats trying to take over the world but more so for characters that are in it for profit or to send a nihilistic message to remind people that heroes die not only because there is evil in the world, but because reality allows it.

I like for the villain to win on occasion. When the villain always wins, you get Bomb Queen, which just doesn't work as a realistic enjoyable story (besides the boobs).

Villain's have to win every so often, keeps the good guys on their toes.

Besides a villain who gets beaten every time is a punching bag not a villain.

Villainy and ruthlessness should carry the day at least 50% of the time.

Like in real life.
