2016 DC Villains popularity tournament (short)

i really like these tournaments so i wanted to give it a shot

inspired by : rikr2 and d_bones

this will be a double-elimination tournament Bracket google doc andthe Rules are :

• everyone can nominate up to 4 DC Villains when we hit 32 the tournament will start
• 1v1 at random
• first to 10 votes wins (vote for the one YOU like not the one you feel is more popular)
• looser goes into the lower bracket
• winner of the lower bracket goes into the upper bracket final so it will be 1v1v1 in the finals
• during the first round anyone can do a write in together with his vote for a Villain that is not in the 32 at the end of the first round the write ins will battle it out in one fight and the winner will go up against the Villain who lost by the largest margin in the first round and if he can win he will take his place in the first lower bracket round (if there is high support for more then 1 write in there will be more of these)
