Venom jumped and got slammed. Then Jason stabbed venom in the head 3 times and through him in the lake.

I mean, I'm trying not to insult you here, but, if you're going to write a story which is just an excuse for a fight...make the fight good. You even missed the oppourtunity for the symbiote to attach itself to the Sultan of Slaughter...
