Batman v Iron man - This is a fight story.

PT. 1
Bats and Ironman meet in an alley way(random encounter). Stark uses some smart remarks like "What're you supposed to be? Black Panther's brother?",
Batman sits quietly just analyzing and Batman pulls out a batarang and throws it at Iron man(The batarang was a CPU Killer), it misses,
Iron man says, "Really...there's no possible way that could have affected me..and you just made a terrible mistake".
Right after Batman just tells Alfred "I need you to give me all you have on his suit and any exploitable weaknesses, if you can, hack it "
"Right on it sir".
Iron man flied forward(With both hands in front ready to punch Batman), Batman jumps over him and moves back a little...
"Alfred, how's it coming?" Iron man blasts at Batman - Batman dodges it(Batman can do so because he's dodged things faster than that blast..he honestly has, like laser blasts which are definitelyfaster):
"It might take a while to hack into this suit, he has quite complicated defenses, would you need any help fighting him?"
After the dodge, Batman lands to go and punch Iron Man, but after Iron Man missed, he quickly turned his quit into reverse which rams back into Batman and into the wall, Iron Man grabbed batman by the cape and turns to throw him, but Iron Man didn't throw anything, Batman had already detached the cape and as Iron man turned around Batman round-house kicked him in the visor(Batman's punched CRYSTAL material walls before which I imagine is much stronger or just as strong as what Iron man has, and it didn't break his hand, he in fact put a dent into it in (Batman: Tenses #1), and Batman's kicks are stronger than punches) and dropped smoke pallets and realized he wouldn't do an inch of damage on Iron man without his suit
So he told Alfred "Prepare to drop the Buster(A big suit)"
"Yes sir",
after the smoke pallets,
Iron Man quickly ordered "Activate Infrared vision -- *Interception* -- What is it Jarvis?"
"It appears someone is hacking into your suit, he has gotten through a portion of it already with a little help of a CPU Killer nearby that doesn't completely bypass, but weakens any machinery or anything remote nearby, should I enable defensive mode?"
...Iron Man started thinking "Hmm.. a CPU killer?" and he remembers when Batman threw that batarang that wasn't so useless after all.
PT. 2
"Jarvis, I want you to -"
Batman had punched Iron Man in the mist of the smoke with electric shock gloves, over 4000 watts, Iron Man turned instantly and flew forward to where the punch was heading to and nipped batman's arm but missed.
"Fine, let's clear this out"
Iron Man flies straight up and blasts the whole area, goes into infrared vision and looks around(Batman's suit is infrared and X-ray proof), he sees nothing, Batman didn't get caught but he got the after effect of the blast and was blasted into a building nearby and saw his cape on the ground, he retrieved it. Iron Man swooped down and ask Jarvis to do a quick layout of anything he can pick up that's moving within the area Iron Man is in. Scan, Scan, Scan "Nothing, do you presume he left?"..."Probably, I got no sign of him"..."Stark, I think we've been--- *Tone out*"..."What the hell?" batman sees Ironman and sneaks to a good position(Yes batman is quiet enough to surpress his footsteps to be almost COMPLETELY silent, only thing he can't surpress is his heartbeat, his suit only muffles it, but it can still be pointed out) Batman then grapples onto Ironman around his neck, Ironman pulls on batman's string but batman's grapple gun has reinforced wire. Batman lands on Ironmans back and Ironman just shoots backwards into a wall, gets up and looks around, batman wasn't even hit by the impact, Iron man turns around and batman dropkicks him through a window(Yes, batman can do this, seriously...batman isn't as weak as you might think) Iron man quickly recovers and blows through the wall, batman's gone, but batman is just outside of the building looking up at ironman, iron man shoots rockets at batman, batman dodges them and Iron man flies forward to attack but he was pushed down by an incredible force.
PT. 3
Batman's Buster suit deployed and came flying down on top, batman enters it and Iron man slowly lifts it and throws it off, looks up and batman's in a reinforced suit.
"Jarvis, call in the Hulkbuster"
"Jarvis. Jarvis?!"
Alfred intercepts, "You have a very good security mechanism"
"Who the hell are you?"
"The assistant of the man in front of you"
Iron Man's angry.
"...Alright....",
Iron Man blows forward straight into the Busters chest and lifts it up while trying to pry it open. Batman grabs Iron Man and throws him off, the Buster falls down onto the concrete and Iron Man lands on top, his chest lights up, Batman knows it was a blast so batman puts his fist next to Iron Man's face and it extends, punching Iron man into the building, but Iron Man recovers very quickly and as batman was getting up, he just rammed him back down. He grabbed Batman's Buster suit by the head and while holding the head he starting shooting blasters, it was damaging the helmet, Batman thought out a plan. Iron Man was getting through the armor, Batman uses a feature that plummets him up, and while in the air, he tossed Iron man off him and into the ground, extends his hand onto Iron Man to force and keep him onto the concrete and landed on Iron man.
PT. 4
Trying to keep Iron Man at bay, he keeps his feet on Iron Man's face while stomping on him over and over, Iron Man shoots his blasters, but Batman just grabbed his hand that was sticking out and pointed it the other way, Iron Man started off the blast in his chest, blowing the Buster off of him instantly with quite a big dent in the bottom of the Busters foot. Batman's blown into a building.
"*Static* Stark -- Stark, someone is attempting to shut me dowwwwnnnnnneeeeeeeekkk"
"Activate Defensive protocols Jarvis while you can"
"Activating.. sir, do you want me to tttt-tt-try to retaliate and infiltrate them al-also?"
"No Jarvis, we can't risk even the slightest opening. Just activate the defenses and keep them away until I handle this guy."
"Master Bruce, I'm being kicked out. I think they're putting up a defense. I couldn't find any exploits in his suit yet."
"Ok Alfred, I'll think of something. I got it from here"
"You sure sir? This man might be an issue. His hacking skills are as good as mine"
"Yes Alfred. I'll handle this."
Iron Man flies up to where Batman had crash landed. Batman gets up and they stare at each other, both devising plans. Iron Man has his plan, Batman also noticed the wire slipping out of Iron Man's suit in the back of his head.
"Alfred, just tell me about the little information you have on this guy"
"Ok, I know he's resistant to EMPs, I know he's also resistant to water, and --"
"Alright, but can you tell me about the amount of voltage his suit can handle?"
"I can't, it's deeper into the files which I can't reach"
"Jarvis start a scan from the nearest radio tower and see what you can get on this guy"
"Yes, sir.".
PT. 5
Iron Man flies down to Batman and rams into him, Batman grabs him before he can hit and shoves him head first into the floor, Iron Man with his feet in the air, just leaned his feet to where Busters' face was and kicked him. Iron Man then grabbed the Buster by both legs and pulled back, tripping Batman, Batman grabbed the concrete, Iron Man jumped on Batman readying his chest-shot, Batman hit him in the head with the concrete he pulled out of the floor, then punched Iron Man in the face. After that punch, they cracked through the floor and started falling, Iron Man and Batman were falling a few stories into the building, Iron Man tried to stop himself and fly but before he could Batman grabbed Iron Man by both feet and pulled him down with him. Iron Man and the Buster got up, Batman instantly picked Iron Man up by the face and threw him into the crane through a window. Iron Man shot rockets into the bottom floor of the building to weaken it, flew over and picked up a pillar support in the building and smacked Batman with it, Batman blocked it. Iron Man swung again, Batman ducked and tackled him into the wall, the building started crumbling, it was about to fall down, Batman and Iron Man fought to leave and keep the other behind, Iron Man slipped out under Batman and got out.
"Jarvis...call in the HulkBuster"
"Yes sir and I learned some information"
"I'm listening"
"It turns out his suit can't exactly be hacked. It's a suit. Nothing as complex as yours, it's just a suit with some unique material. Like yours. Except yours is filled with more tech (Holograms, ect)".
PT. 6
Iron Man sees Batman getting up from under the debris, Iron Man grabs the propane tank, aims at Batman and throws it. Batman quickly jumped behind the debris of the fallen building for protection, Iron Man looks down to see if he's still there through the smoke, Batman rises. Iron Man is worn out, his suit is falling to pieces and his boosters are even skipping a bit. Batman's suit has a hole in the foot and dents in the head and chest, but it's still in good shape(This IS the suit Batman used to fight Superman with..). Batman grappled Iron Man in the foot and yanked him down, Iron Man tried to dodge but his boot bugged out at that moment, Batman punched Iron Man in the face on his way down, activated his electric charge and stuck it into the back of Iron Mans' helmet where that wire stuck out at, and it stuck out even more from the fight they've been through, the charge was also like a hacking transfer flash drive wire and it downloaded the data from Iron Man's suit Iron Man was trying to force Batman off, but he was too big, it weighed too much for him. It started to shock Iron Man since it exposed an entrance into the core of the suit, Iron Man grabbed Batmans arm and started blasting the upper under part of the arm where he assumed would be weakest at close range, Iron Man knew it'd be weak under there and just enough to get Batman to back off. Batman picked Iron Man up and slammed him and tossed him away, Iron Man's Hulkbuster came crashing down next to Iron Man, Iron Man got up and into the suit and said...
"Try me".
PT. 7
Iron man was armed and ready to fight, Batman knew it'd be an issue fighting him while at a disadvantage because of the earlier fight. Iron man shot rockets at batman and it almost hit him but batman dodged them. Iron man came rushing in at batman for a CQC. Iron man throws slow but strong punches at batman, batman knows they're strong so he uses his martial arts in the fight, Iron man threw a punch at batmans stomach but batman grabbed the hand and pushed it back, Iron man went to grab batman to throw him but batman shoved his hands away and pulled a shoulder throw on him. Iron man knows a CQC is useless. So he goes back in with a punch, batman counters but Iron mans fist turned into a gun and it shot rockets at close range, blasting batman back 200 feet. Batman tried to get up but iron man flew up and dropped down on him. With the hulkbuster suit iron man got, that effected batmans suit A LOT more. Batman grabbed iron mans foot and stuck an electric charge on it. It has over 500k voltage on it, it shocked Iron man and made him back off but didn't do much damage. Batman cocked back and punched Iron man in the chest as hard as he could twice. Iron man pushed him back. And Batman knew he couldn't keep this up. Iron man and batman both figured out their suits were equal, as if they were both designed to take down someone significantly stronger than them. Batman had a plan, Iron Man had a plan too, Iron Man planned to wear Batman out, especially since he had the run-in with him before the Hulkbuster suit.
PT. 8
Batman got up, Iron Man shot rockets, Batman threw explosive batarangs at the rockets which exploded them before they reached him and created a cloud of smoke between him and Iron Man. Iron Man just shot even more rockets into the smoke. The smoke cleared and Batman wasn't there. Iron Man turned to his left and Batman had punched him in the face and then jumped on Iron Man and started punching him in the face and chest. Iron Man kicked Batman off him and stayed back from a CQC where batman could be most effective and flew up, Batman grappled Iron Mans foot and tried to pull him down, but he was too heavy, instead it was lifting Batman up. Iron Man then started flying around the city slamming batman into walls and buildings as he hung on. Batman's plan wouldn't work like this, he had to alter it. Iron Man stopped and dropped down, Batman fell down into the ground. Iron Man started to shoot his blasts at Batman, Batman brought out an ice grenade and stuck it on himself, it froze batman up, after Iron Mans' blasts hit him, the heat from it thawed the ice immediately, it protected him, but it didn't completely destroy the impact.
"That was mighty clever of you...batman"
"How'd you know my name was batman.."
"I guessed, I saw the cape and ears and...never mind".
Batman rose. Iron Man watched him kind of struggle doing it.
PT. 9
Batman rushed in with the CQC and Iron Man was sure he wouldn't be as fast as he was so he went in too. Iron Man threw a punch, batman dodged it and elbowed him in the face.
Iron Man thinks "How on earth is he still able to do this?"
Iron Man boosted backwards from the CQC, batman brought out his net-gun and shot it at Iron Man. It wrapped around Iron Man and stuck him to the floor. Batman knew this wouldn't hold him for long so he went up to Iron Man, activated his shock gloves and started to punch Iron Man in the chest. Iron Man blasted out and flew right into Batmans chest, it blasted Batman back into a wall, Iron Man went to Batman and started to drop combos on him. Batman's suit wasn't in good shape. Iron Man then picked Batman up and threw him through a whole building. Iron Man ran through the debris and got on top of Batman instantly and said
"We're both geniuses, but this fight just proves who's smarter. And it's pretty obvious now."
"It does, and it's me". That voice didn't come from the suit, it came from behind Iron Man.
PT. 10
Iron Man turned around to see Batman coming out of the building, he had ejected the Buster suit while being thrown through the building, Iron Man looked down at his chest and it had a hole in it from when Batman was punching him in the chest, those punches were to penetrate the suit and show a clear hole to the core right then was when batman's Buster suit self destructed and damaged Iron Mans' core(Not the thing in his chest, the core in the Hulkbuster). It blasted Iron Man into the building. Nothing was responding in Iron Man's suit. Tony crawled out of the suit with Batman standing right over him. Stark (Still inside of his original suit) tried to shoot Batman, but his suit wasn't responding because of the virus Alfred had put in it after batman gave him access to his suit(when batman downloaded Iron Man's suit through the wire). Iron Man exists his suit and tries to fight batman, but he fails terribly. Batman ended up breaking his arm.Then punched him in the face, which knocked Iron Man out cold.
