question about poor quality comic cover images

I've been adding foreign language translations of Bible comics and sometimes I can't find a good image of the comic's cover. Should I still add the comic to the site?

@netspiker: table top photos are definitely not allowed, if you can't find a good enough image to be accepted it is best to just skip it until you can get one, that's why the site still has gaps, quality is very important.
