Possible for mods to change concept page into character page

So, Ion the emotional embodiment of the Green Lanterns is for whatever reason a concept page, yet the emotional embodiments for the other beings that represent the emotional embodiments of the other corps are characters, as they should be. Is there any way that Ion can just be turned into a character page easily, or is it a question of making a new page and manually editing all of his appearances?

It has to be done manually, sorry.

Ugh, Ion is still a concept? I thought someone had switched it to a character already.
