Is there an easy way to make a Top list or do i have to do it all through the blog format?

I want to make it organized like this http://comicvine.gamespot.com/profile/ultronfan99/lists/my-top-200-marvel-heroes/46961/

I am not sure if it is possible. At one point there was some kind of bug around passing 100 items how they turned into a non-sort list, meaning that you could no longer rank them.
