I already tried, it was rejected for some stupid reason.

I wanted to create a list of thor's villains(which isn't allowed), but batman's villains are.

Can you review the submission for me?

@xxxddd: the batman villains concept page only exists cause it is glitch locked and can't be deleteted, its use was phased out a while ago.
