Creator Page layout

Hey Comic Viners. I've been looking for the proper layout for a creator page. I looked in the Help section but I couldn't find what the actual headings are supposed to be. I checked various creator pages and they are all different. If someone could be kind enough to point me to where I can find this information I would greatly appreciate it.

The style guide shows a header for 'Career' and 'Personal Life'

We're happy to have anything on the creator pages though, as they are often neglected.
