Confused as to where this goes

I need some help. I've got this comic issue in my collection (it's a loose edition, I don't have any of the others) and I don't have any idea where it goes. There are several Shadowhawk series on the website already but I can't see if it goes with any of those. It's a double story (one beginning on each cover)

Inside it says: Issue #1 december 1994

Images of Tomorrow (pertaining to the 1st photo) (it ends halfway trough the comic, ending with ... to be continued)

Images of Yesterday. (pertaining to the 2nd photo)

Any help is welcome.
