I think the best solution is to make a Julie Walker page as another version of the Phantom so we can avoid the complexities of having to make a mantle page 5 years from now.
Well, there is the current comic line Phantom: Generations that is telling the story of a different Phantom in each issue. Also there was the old futuristic Phantom by DC, etc.

@CaptHowdy: Good, this way you won't have to interfere with the main Phantom's profile. I supose you could make a concept profile where you could mention the wears of the Phantom mantle and their roles in the history. Good luck then.
