Book of Eternity / Eternity Book need merging

Not much content either way, but these articles refer to the same book and should be merged.

Book of Eternity seems to be the most usual way to refer to the book in the latest appeareances, but Eternity Book was its name in The Demon books and probably the designation with the most appeareances.
