I used only Billion & Million to keep it convenient.

I based off my numbers from manga (mostly) and anime (for GT & super). Also, the stated scouter numbers are used as such, unless they're for someone who can vary their power.

No. That'd mean that SS vegeta is 500x stronger than base goku , who is super buu tier, & this will put him above super vegetto by far.

Also, that'd mean that base vegeta is 10x stronger than base GT goku, but we know that base goku >> base vegeta.

It was stated in guidebooks. It is impossible for SS goku to be 2x freeza at his max (he was damaged a lot).

The same guidebooks put nappa at 4000 & piccolo at 3500. But nappa was closer to goku than piccolo.

GT SS doesn't follow the same multipliers as Z. Only great ape multiplier is 10x , & SS4 = 10x SS.

Also, check it, goku improved a lot post his baby fight. He's much higher than in the baby arc.

The list is created by implied power & battles. SS4 = 10x SS & Omega = 10x Syn shenron.

Also, Dance fusion = (goku + Vegeta) x 10

Base goku in GT is stronger than kid buu. Super vegetto is only 4% ahead of SS4 goku baby arc.

Freeza post training is already stronger than ultimate gohan & buu in his first form.

Interesting. Makes sense that Vegito is more powerful than SSJ4 Goku since it was hinted at in some databook or something like that.

DBM expansion would be awesome though despite it being fan-fiction.

This is pretty good website that quantifies power level in DB and DBZ universe. It's translated based on the official databook aka Daizenshuu. As for the unofficial GT, that has to be accounted on personal judgement.

Plus, Akira Toriyama abandoned the power level concept after the Freiza saga from what I can recall. Personally, I think it shouldn't have been introduced in the first place, all it did was cause more confusion than clarity.

It was actually only confusing when he took it out. If he would have stuck with power levels and made them consistent it would be much easier.

Power Lvs where only introduced in DBZ. The last Power lv officially stated in the manga was Base form Future Trunks...The highest and most official power lv ever stated was Super Sayin Goku at 150M.. So all power Lvs after the Freiza Arc are completely fan made...

They just become irrelevant during the android saga & further...

TBH, the highest OFFICIAL number is "more than 1 million" for 2nd form frieza.

No way are they that much strong. I'd actually have to reconsider base goku / vegeta as the SS form is still a massive boost, & still weaker than beerus by a lot.

@apex_pretador: I think Piccolo at full power is stronger than Base Frost. He was almost as fast Final Form Frost, as he was able to dodge majority and block most of his attacks while concentrating his ki and charging it up.

I think we may get an explanation next week, and as we know, super's power scaling is fucked up bad

Note that freeza has shown that he can survive nearly anything. Also, I'd not put much faith into his words after he was nearly dead for 1 year and 6 months
