depending on what weapons he could scourge up it could be a crazy fight but dude above is right hulks has a healing factor and as he gets madder he gets stronger
hulks strength can grow while publishers strength would not increase from the base hulk strength
@blackestnight93: I was putting some thought into this, then read your post and realized i'm stupid... Haha. Yeah with healing still in Hulks corner, he wins easily.
