@scavengerfist: @shinobi62676 I hope so, I honestly find it incredibly short sighted to chance a comic character's personality or traits in comics just because his become popular in another media.

What works in a game or silver screen doesn't mean it's going work in a comics format.

I would get this if it wasn't for the $5 price tag every single issue.

@sinikettu: Let's hope they still remember the character's histories.

I didn't like the first issue. too many guardians books like there's too many avengers titles. it's disney's way of oversaturating the market in preparation for the next movie.

with the x-men titles in the 90's sure, but you would think that they've learned their lesson. This new universe of the yet to end secret wars title is a crapfest at best. I read just about every Marvel/DC title every week and that list is starting to dwindle rapidly. I can appreciate them trying to get younger readers into comics with the popularity of superheroes in movies and television, hell I'm all for the literacy of youth but they seem to have missed something with this new reset of the marvel universe. It's too 80's saturday morning cartoon feel for me.

@luciferjonez: Sounds more like to me that you've just 'out grown' superhero comics. I haven't noticed any huge drop in quality but then again I've only read some of the titles so far since I can't sample the titles in comic shop and have to buy what I read online. so my take is more limited.

y'know I was thinking the same thing… but then again I do feel that they've aged down the story lines a bit.
