Anyway this should be interesting that's nice Carol and T'challa are having a civilized talk. Can't wait to see Thanos F*&% things up. And oh cool Jane Foster is going to fight Galactus of course you can't be Thor without fighting a Galactus. (Right of passage LOL)

didn't get the free comic that came out on free comic book day, but didn't CM knock out Thanos? And now the Ultimates are not enough? What am I missing? Or did he get up and walk off of panel when they weren't looking?

He was weakened in the FCBD issue, maybe he finally regains his strength?

Me too. I've been loving Ultimates so far, but I guess I'l have to take a little break from the title until this Civil War nonsense blows over.

I think many people who hate Carol like I don't know it's confusing there's a handful of people who think she had no right to be captain marvel and that others deserved it yet Carol has the connection with mar-vell they were friends and lovers and she basically has the same powers as mar-vell .

Carol Danvers was always looking up to and following Mar-vell the first Captain Marvel who died. Thats how they moved her in to take over the mantle as she actually possess the actual powers of the deceased Mar-vell and interacts with the Kree when necessary.

So Now that Carol Danvers is Captain Marvel And has been for three years now I can't wait to see where they take her character.

In a way too the characterization of Carol in the first civil war didn't help this of course was about 7 years before she would take over as the new captain marvel and I've stated before how in many ways not just Carol but she hulk and tony stark these characters many people love but it was really hard to defend and like in a way these characters during civil war and I say like it's almost like how they were written was editorial mandated like that's not how these characters would act it was so alien and strange to see any of those characters being written like that....

Finally I'd like to say as much as many people hate it the truth is Carol as captain marvel is here to stay with kamala's growing popularity and success as ms marvel and of course with the constant success of Carol as captain marvel both are most likely going to remain in prospective identities for the foreseeable future and with the captain marvel on the horizon its inevitable.

For a long time fan of the character Carol Danvers from the X-men to the avengers to iron man to spider man to ms marvel to now captain marvel it's great seeing where she's going her character and I feel that she's finally getting her due which is long overdue finally getting the push and recognition and more and more she's appearing in many titles and people are becoming more and more aware of her And she I feel has long deserved what they're they're currently doing with her by after years of setback mostly through the 80's 90's and early 2000's it finally seems like it's paying off for Carol she is becoming more and more popular and I think this in many ways has to do with the loyal fans she's had since her inception.

Can't wait to see where this goes. Most of my favorite characters in one book and great story and art. I don't get all the saltiness directed at Carol, she's only of the best characters around female or male and she's developed and IMO more than earned to title of Capt. Marvel.

Others high tier heroes like Blue Marvel and Spectrum also helped to put Thanos down. Captain Marvel just got the knockout. The real question is why Black Panther was able to scratch the Mad Titan up. The same goes for War Machine's missiles...

It was in the review they did on the FCBD issue in here a week or two back. Should be easy enough to find, i'll have a look.

Is Carol a 100 tonner now? I know Thanos was weakened, but this still seems like a stretch for her normal strength. It would be cool if she finally got an upgrade with out becoming Binary.
