I remember being in middle school reading this series. Got-dang!

I still have a few issues stashed away somewhere. Yikes. Time flies, tastes change. I'm going to start buying these books for my bro and cousins. Sounds good. Can't wait for the crossover!

You know over here in the UK, there was also a Sonic comic. Very different to Archie version. Rich Elson used be on it. Who now works for Marvel. Recentaly did Amazing Spider-Man #698. And I believe he's also doing the new Morbius comic. Which is kind of ironic in a way. Because Sonic's home planet is also called Mobius. Spelt differently but sounds the same.

@TheGodofThunder: As do I! Mecha Madness blew my mind as a lad. Still one of my all-time favorite comic stories.

This comic is insanely popular with some people. While I don't read it it myself I'm glad it's still there for all ages readers.

Wonderful stuff I tell you. Brings back memories for when I read Sonic back in the 90s. Can't believe its been 20 years...

Hey, I just bought the Archive TPB that has that issue a few months ago!

20 years?!? I was 9 or 10 years old when it started! The very first issue I read was Issue #29Steel-Belted Sally WAAYY back when my library used to have a few free comics for kids to look at for fun!

Never understood how popular these comics are, but hey... I'm all for it!

There have been consistently good Sonic games released for years (even if many of them were on handhelds). And Generations and the new racing game are quite fun, as well. What I'm saying is, any way that Sonic gives people joy is fine by me.

I've always wanted to get into the Sonic series(comics). When I was younger I was a loyal fan of the games on Sega/Dreamcast and remember my mom would pick me up his comics from the hallmark store on the reg.
