Matt Murdock is such a sleazebag in this series but I kind of love it, haha.

The Halloween issue was good but the way they pulled away from the current plot made the filler aspect of it too much. Hopefully this one gets the book back on track because it's been great!

Damn that artist needs to work on his anatomy.

Love the new red suit fits Matt being Gwen's devil.

I like this book but I really gotta wonder how long they can keep going on the path of her life spiraling downward. I know it's Spider-Man tradition to have tragedy occur but Gwen's life makes the Parker luck look like the Luck of the Irish. She's always so depressed that I'm almost surprised we haven't seen her cutting herself at some point.

...how does he know about the moustache?

Oh really? I haven't been reading the series. I just checked out the first couple of Spider-Gwen issues.

@scavengerfist: I believe he was working for the kingpin until the kingpin got put away and he took over the empire in his name. This is murky for me but I think it runs that down in his character profile in whichever issue it was at the end of.

@eliottsworld: Yea, it's unclear too, Latour should explain it some more, and build around Gwen's world too.

@scavengerfist: I agree that we need more about the character, but man I love this little pocket universe that they have set up though. This is probably my favorite book running right now. It's got marvel universe characters in it, but they can do anything with them it seems.

@eliottsworld: That's what made the Ultimate universe a hit: fresh clean slate, where your heroes can be twisted either in a good or bad way :)
