I cannot contact a certain user

The Bug

For the past few days, I have been unable to contact a certain user who goes by the name of YousufKhan1212. Although I can tag him, he doesn't get notifications, and I am unable send him private messages or comment on any of his blogs. This is really annoying, since we were having a debate here.

As you can see, the comment box has completely disappeared, even though I am logged in.

And when I try to send him PMs, it doesn't work either.

I would really appreciate it if someone fixed this.

If you can then this is a bug.

If you can't then he blocked you, no doubt about that.

He seems to be a fairly new user so my guess would be he either felt insecure or was testing the blocking feature on you

It's also completely possible that he accidentally clicked it and doesn't even know that he blocked you.
